My first connection to Wikipedia NL was at the starter course in Naturalis, Leiden (5-10-2014) for people who wanted to contribute on subjects related to nature and landscape. I started with small contributions and gradually became more active in "Project Natuur". After some months I became acquainted with Commons by attending a workshop on bird sounds. In November 2015 I started contributing to Wikisource and in April 2016 I made my first edits to Wikidata and Wikispecies.
